This delicious Unsmoked Lapsang Souchong Waishan was made of tea leaves harvested from Wuyi Mountain, Fujian, in 2024. It hasn't been dried over a smouldering pine fire, so it is mellow, sweet, and not smoky like traditional Lapsangs. It makes a perfect choice for those who want to try Lapsang Souchong without the strong, smoky taste. It resembles a very rounded black tea or Hong Cha.
